Cancellation terms
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
Changing the booking to another date is possible between 60 and 30 days before arrival.
From 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged. This also applies in the event of a no-show.
We recommend taking out travel insurance.
Please note that an additional fee of €30.00 per day applies for each extra guest above the standard occupancy. This fee covers the bed linen.
The final cleaning fee varies depending on the apartment and ranges from €95.00 to €210.00.
The current local tax is €2.45 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over.
The current mobility levy is €0.50 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over.
