What are the Boutique Appartements in Saalbach-Hinterglemm?
The Boutique Appartements are two modern, high-quality holiday apartments in a quiet location in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The property includes the Garden Suite and the Penthouse Suite. Both apartments combine modern design, a welcoming Alpine atmosphere and plenty of comfort for a relaxing summer or winter holiday.
The wellness area, pool deck and other shared areas are available to guests staying in either apartment.
Where are the Boutique Appartements located?
The Boutique Appartements are located at Walleggweg 477, 5754 Hinterglemm. The peaceful, natural setting also provides convenient access to the ski area and the many summer activities available in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
Which apartments are available, and how many guests can they accommodate?
The Garden Suite is suitable for four to five guests. It has two double bedrooms, and one additional bed is available on request.
The Penthouse Suite accommodates eight to ten guests and has four double bedrooms. Up to two additional beds are available on request.
Can both apartments be booked together?
Yes, subject to availability, the Garden Suite and Penthouse Suite can be booked together. The property can accommodate up to 15 guests in total.
Are the apartments suitable for families and groups?
Yes, the Boutique Appartements are suitable for couples, families and groups. The Garden Suite is ideal for couples and smaller families, while the Penthouse Suite offers plenty of space for larger families and groups.
For families travelling with young children, we can provide a cot with bedding and other practical extras on request.
Do the apartments have mountain views?
Yes, the apartments and rooftop terrace offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the Glemmtal valley.
Are the apartments accessible?
No, the Boutique Appartements are not wheelchair accessible.

Which ski area are the apartments located in?
The Boutique Appartements are located in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. The ski area offers approximately 270 kilometres of slopes and a wide range of runs for different ability levels.
Do the apartments offer ski-in/ski-out access?
Depending on snow conditions, the Boutique Appartements offer direct or very close access to the slopes. This allows you to reach the ski area and return to the accommodation particularly easily.
Which ski lifts are nearby?
The nearest ski lifts are the Hochalmbahn and Zwölferkogel Nord. Depending on the snow conditions and your chosen route, you can reach the lifts via the nearby slope access or by using the shuttle service.
Is there a ski bus or shuttle service?
Yes, a shuttle service conveniently takes guests to the valley station and the Walleggalm.
Is there a lockable ski and bike storage room?
Yes, a lockable storage room for bicycles and ski equipment is available directly at the accommodation.
During winter, the room can be used as a ski storage area. It provides space for skis, ski clothing and ski boots. A ski boot dryer keeps your boots warm and dry.
Breakfast and Dining
Is breakfast included in the price?
No, breakfast is not included in the accommodation price. However, you can order fresh bread and pastries online in advance, which will be delivered to your apartment door in the morning.
Is coffee included in the apartment?
Yes. Guests staying in the Garden Suite receive 250 g of coffee, while guests staying in the Penthouse Suite receive 500 g of coffee per stay.
Is breakfast available at the Walleggalm during winter?
Yes, the Walleggalm offers breakfast for an additional charge during winter. Advance reservations must be made directly with the Walleggalm.

There are various restaurants, mountain huts and alpine restaurants in the surrounding area, including the Walleggalm. Supermarkets and other shopping facilities are also easily accessible in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

How are the kitchens equipped?
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender and high-quality cookware. A gas barbecue is also available on the pool deck.
What entertainment facilities are available?
The apartments are equipped with a SONOS sound system and large UHD flat-screen TVs. Depending on the device and available equipment, television and streaming services can also be used.
Is free Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in both apartments.
How are the apartments heated?
The apartments have a modern heating control system and remain comfortably warm throughout the winter months.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included in your stay. For bookings of seven nights, one towel change is also included.
Is parking available directly at the accommodation?
Yes. One covered carport space is available for the Garden Suite. The Penthouse Suite includes two covered carport spaces directly beside the property. Additional vehicles can be parked along the road.
Is there a charging station for electric vehicles?
No, there is currently no charging station available for guests directly at the accommodation. The existing charging station is reserved exclusively for the property owner’s private use.

Yes, the JOKER CARD is included during the summer season.
Are the apartments suitable for a biking holiday?
Yes, the Boutique Appartements are an excellent starting point for a biking holiday in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The region offers numerous trails, tours, bike parks and varied routes.
After your tour, you can store your bicycle safely in the lockable bike room.
Which activities are available during summer?
During summer, Saalbach-Hinterglemm offers numerous opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and family excursions. Mountain lifts, Alpine huts, outdoor adventures and a wide variety of leisure activities are available throughout the region.
Are the apartments child-friendly?
Yes, families with children are very welcome. A cot with bedding and other practical extras can be provided on request.
During summer, the heated outdoor pool and sun deck are particularly popular with families.

Is there a heated pool and a whirlpool?
The heated whirlpool is available throughout the year and is ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains.
During the summer season, guests can also enjoy a heated outdoor pool with a sun deck.
Which facilities are available in the wellness area?
The wellness area includes a sauna, an infrared cabin, a massage bed, a shower and a comfortable relaxation area.
Are bathrobes and sauna towels included?
Yes, bathrobes and sauna towels are available to our guests free of charge.
Is a massage treatment included in the stay?
Yes, one 20-minute full-body massage on our high-end massage bed is included per person, per stay.

How much do the apartments cost?
Prices vary depending on the season, length of stay, apartment and number of guests. Current prices and available dates can be found directly through the online availability search on our website.
Which additional costs may apply?
Additional charges may apply for services such as final cleaning, interim cleaning, an additional bed or bringing a dog. All additional costs are displayed transparently during the booking process, allowing you to see the total price before completing your booking.
Are dogs allowed in the apartments?
Yes, dogs are very welcome with advance notice. An additional fee of €25.00 per day is charged to cover the extra cleaning required. Please let us know during the booking process if you will be travelling with a dog.
How do check-in and check-out work?
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Keys can be collected flexibly from a key safe.
Check-out is by 9:00 am on the day of departure.
Please let us know in advance if you would like to arrive earlier or depart later. Subject to availability, we will be happy to find a suitable solution.
What are the rules regarding smoking and quiet hours?
Both Boutique Appartements are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted indoors and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas, such as the balcony or garden.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Parties and loud events are not permitted, ensuring that the property remains a peaceful place for rest and relaxation.
