The modern Penthouse Suite offers generous space in a stylish setting. Four comfortable double rooms, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets provide plenty of room and privacy, ideal for families or shared getaways with friends.
The bright, spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook, relax, and enjoy time together. A cozy reading corner also creates a quiet retreat for relaxing moments. A huge UHD flat-screen TV and a wireless SONOS sound system provide first-class entertainment.
Upon request, two extra beds can be provided. These folding beds are intended as an additional sleeping option and allow the Penthouse Suite to accommodate up to 10 guests, although they reduce the available space in the room.
Garden-Suite for 4-5 person

The cosy Garden Suite offers stylish comfort in a relaxed atmosphere. Two comfortable double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a cosy reading corner create a welcoming living environment, ideal for couples, families, or small groups.
The spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. Direct access to the garden creates a special sense of freedom. Comfortable garden furniture provides the perfect place to unwind, switch off, and enjoy the outdoors. A large UHD flat-screen TV and a wireless SONOS sound system ensure an excellent viewing and listening experience.

Whether a romantic getaway for couples with a whirlpool, a family vacation with children , or a holiday with your dog – our apartments are ideal for anyone who loves comfort and nature. Spacious rooms, a stylish ambiance, and a secure outdoor area create the perfect setting for unforgettable days in the mountains.
For the additional cleaning effort, we charge a flat fee of €25 per day for dogs.

Wellness & Relaxation
After an eventful day in the mountains, pure relaxation awaits in our small in-house wellness area with sauna. A special highlight is our high-end massage bed: every guest receives one 20-minute full-body massage, already included in the price. Enjoy the soothing warmth of the sauna, unwind in the whirlpool and relax after an active day in the Alps.
Breakfast service available for a fee
You can conveniently pre-order your breakfast online. Select your products, enter your address – and fresh pastries will be delivered to your apartment door by 7 a.m. All handmade with regional ingredients from the Katschner company.

Please understand that parties are not permitted and that quiet hours must be observed. Our house stands for relaxation, style, and enjoyment, offering a peaceful retreat for guests looking for something special.
Covered Parking
To ensure a relaxed start to your stay, covered parking spaces are available directly at the apartments. The Garden Suite includes one carport parking space, while the Penthouse Suite includes two. Additional vehicles can be conveniently parked along the road.
